Rochester Pre-School may take photographs of the children during preschool run events taking place and/or for the observations and assessment that staffs carry out on each child’s learning and development. We may use them for displays within preschool or the preschool website. 

Parents/ Carers are at no time allowed to take other children’s photographs or use any recording device within the preschool as per the Children’s Act and Child Protection Guidelines. 

Parents are not allowed on their phones while in preschool. During Preschool events, we ask that you take photos of your child only.

Parents must put in writing stating if they do not wish for their child’s photo to be used for such purposes.

The Preschool mobile phone/tablet will be the only devices used for taking photos.
